Sleep is the most powerful healer yet the most underestimated priority in today’s progressive world. Success is measured in terms of financial status and accolades one receives. A sound sleep is an indication of how good you are at managing your thoughts. An overthinking mind cannot fall to sleep fast.

In the present times , the habit that is the most detrimental to the sleep is too much screen time. If you wish to ruin your sleep pattern then keep watching cell phones late nights. The problem is that too much information is being watched in very less time. The ‘REELS” of instagrams or the Facebook stories are definitely enjoyable initially , but once you become addicted to them you are a digital slave.
The brain needs to cool down before it sleeps and for that you must not feed it with information or entertainment. Atleast one hour before your sleeping time you have to avoid screen time of any sort .
